We understand that the leap from education into the workplace can be challenging. Understanding workplace etiquette such as absence and time keeping, dress code and office banter are things that most of us take for granted, but who taught us? How did we learn?
Our Graduates and Apprentices were introduced to the World of Work Programme provided by Employee Management Ltd and they all got stuck in to the activities and discussions.
