Jo Howley customised a Mental Health Awareness session for our Senior Management team, to not only learn how to spot signs in members of their teams but to also take a look at themselves in the demanding situations their role may find them in – the symptoms this may cause, and how to handle and mitigate them.
The training was really well received by the team and each attendee took something away.
