I had the opportunity to work with Jo Mills on a development program that focused on DiSC profiling and managing change effectively.
The scope of the project was understood by Jo and a clear plan produced which was not only insightful, engaging and practical but clearly applied all the deliverable outcomes I required.
Jo has taken the time to understand the business and pinch point areas for improvement which allowed a project plan to be drawn together.
The feedback from the individual DiSC assessments gave the team a deeper understanding of their own working style, as well as how to better collaborate and communicate with others by appreciating differences. Whilst some staff where sceptical at first the feedback has been extremely positive following their individual DiSC coaching sessions.
The change management component was equally valuable—it provided clear tools to not only navigate change personally but also to lead others through it successfully, linking theory to real-world challenges and ensuring delegates walked away with actionable steps.
I highly recommend this type of experience to anyone looking to improve team dynamics and achieve positive results through change.
