I was introduced to Bob when he came to visit our four Chapels of Rest to complete a Health and Safety Gap Analysis. I found Bob to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and most importantly very approachable.
Bob took the time to listen to any issues or concerns and throughout our meeting never made me feel uncomfortable or discouraged me from asking questions.
Since our first meeting, I have worked with Bob on several occasions and he has gone above and beyond to help, always providing a prompt response to emails or any queries that I have regarding Health and Safety issues.
Bob is certainly an asset to Debbie and the rest of the supportive team at EML.
