Wellbeing Retreat Days

EML are delighted to partner with Diamond Wellbeing to provide exclusive, interactive wellbeing retreat days, ideal for organisations who are planning to introduce an employee wellbeing strategy and are looking for engaging and innovative ways to deliver it.

Set in stunning surroundings, our exclusive retreat days will give employees time and space to focus and connect whilst experiencing a range of wellbeing techniques used to promote physical and mental health. A perfect opportunity to unwind from the stresses and strains of daily life and focus on individual wellbeing. Participants will also have an opportunity to undertake yoga and mindfulness exercises and engage in fun, interactive team building sessions.

Days are built around each organisation’s requirements, and activities may include the following:

  • Mindfulness: A practice which encourages a non-reactive awareness of experiences, paying close attention to your thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and the surrounding environment.
  • Grounding: Focusing on breathing, practicing yoga / meditation, or using your senses to engage with your surroundings. Techniques to bring your focus to the present moment and feel an overall sense of peace.
  • Self-Regulation: Managing emotions, thoughts, and behaviours in a way that is appropriate to the situation, helping to regulate emotions which is crucial for personal and interpersonal wellbeing.
  • Curious Compassion: The practice of being open and non-judgmental, creating a space for empathetic understanding and kindness, both toward yourself and others.
  • Personality Profiling: This is emerging as a valuable HR tool for organisations to transform their teams. The DiSC® personal assessment tool is designed to help improve teamwork, communication and productivity in the workplace, reducing conflict and fostering better working relationships.

 

Delivered by Stephanie Newton, Wellbeing Practitioner, and EML’s accredited NLP Practitioner, Joanne Mills, our bespoke packages accommodate up to 20 employees per session and are hosted at a choice of venues on a date that suits your organisation (depending on availability).
