Tom has over 20 years’ experience of working in people management and leadership development roles. Tom has worked on ILM apprenticeships, management coaching projects and change management programmes. Having worked with both individuals and groups, he has helped people rediscover their motivation, focus and self-belief. He is a strong advocate of self-directed learning and strives to support people to own their development pathway. Tom works closely with our clients to build bespoke development courses so they can get the most out of their people.Â
Tom’s role also extends to Business Development, engaging with potential clients to help them to identify their HR and Health and Safety requirements, and exploring how best EML can work alongside them to meet those needs.
