Daniel is a HR Consultant with many years’ experience across various sectors including retail, manufacturing, engineering and charities. He has worked in both strategic and operational HR roles and particularly enjoys working with SME’s who need support and guidance in the ever-changing and complicated landscape of employment law and employee relations.
After graduating from Liverpool JMU, Daniel has worked in a broad range of industries from retail to heavy engineering and the rail industry. From completion of his CIPD Degree he assumed an HR Advisor role and subsequently developed to HR Manager and Head of HR positions, managing a team of HR professionals. He has driven significant change in many organisations and is commercially focused. He understands business needs and supports clients in delivering their goals.
Outside of work, Daniel loves spending time with his grandson and enjoys walking with his wife, family and dog Penny. His other passion is scooters and he enjoys tinkering with two stroke engines, although freely admits he is not a mechanic. Daniel also enjoys live music and big concerts.
Daniel is also very proud to be involved in supporting local charities and is a trustee at NEO, based in Birkenhead which supports local communities to become self-sustaining and resilient; they have gone from a turnover of £100,000 to £1m in the last 4 years and have become the go to charity on the Wirral for all things community support.
