Is workplace conflict costing you more than you think?

When it comes to Mediation in the workplace and managing the wellbeing of your team, any concerns must be dealt with effectively. If not, they could escalate to much more serious problems such as stress-related absenteeism, grievances and even tribunal claims.

According to this year’s report from ACAS ‘Estimating the Costs of Workplace Conflict’, 485,800 employees resign each year as a result of conflict.

This analysis also estimates a total cost of £28.5 billion to businesses due to poor management of workplace conflict. With more and more businesses working remotely, it has only become increasingly difficult for employers to manage conflict and avoid employees resigning as a result.

Manage Conflict Better with Professional Support

With this in mind, EML can support you with our professional mediation service. This is delivered by an accredited consultant to facilitate conflict resolution quickly and effectively.

If you’re an employer struggling with workplace conflict, please get in touch in confidence and without obligation for an initial discussion.
