Event Description
Following on from our hugely popular Employment Tribunal Workshop in March, we are pleased to announce our FREE half-day Mock Employment Tribunal event.
Defending a claim brought in the Employment Tribunal can be both costly and time consuming. For many, the prospect of having to do so is also daunting, especially to those who are tasked with giving witness evidence.
Unfortunately, since the abolition of fees, the harsh reality is that your business is now significantly more likely to find itself on the receiving end of a claim. With that in mind, can you really afford to miss our Mock Employment Tribunal?
If you would like advice on a specific case, our experts will be available for a FREE private consultation following the morning session (please pre-book). A buffet lunch and refreshments will also be provided.
What we’ll cover
We will re-enact the Employment Tribunal hearing, complete with witness evidence, document bundles and submissions, giving you the confidence to deal with the practical steps involved and a greater understanding of how the Employment Tribunal works.
Who is it for?
This is a fantastic opportunity for any HR professional or manager, anyone looking to expand their knowledge of employment law, or any organisation looking for external support with tribunal claims and related issues.
