FREE Mock Employment Tribunal

Thursday 25th December 2025, 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM
0.00

Event Description

FREE Mock Employment Tribunal covering the case of a sexual harassment and constructive dismissal claim.

The team are busy preparing for our next Mock Employment Tribunal (date and venue details to be announced shortly). The heads of claim this time will be sexual harassment and constructive dismissal following a male manager’s comments to a waitress that she looked ‘tired and unpresentable’ at the beginning of a shift and that she should wear makeup in future and generally present herself for work in accordance with the requirements of the Company’s dress code.

If not managed correctly, any dismissal can give rise to a successful claim. Defending a claim brought in the Employment Tribunal can be both costly and time consuming. For many, the prospect of having to do so is also daunting, especially to those who are tasked with giving witness evidence.

Unfortunately, the abolition of fees back in 2017 has led to spiralling claim levels and the harsh reality is that your business is now significantly more likely be cited as a Respondent than ever before. With this in mind, can you really afford to miss our Mock Employment Tribunal?

What we will cover

We will re-enact the Employment Tribunal hearing, complete with witness evidence, document bundles and submissions, giving you the confidence to deal with the practical steps involved and a greater understanding of how the tribunal process works.

If you would like advice on a specific case, our experts will be available for a FREE 1-2-1 consultation following the session.

Who is it for?

This is a fantastic developmental opportunity to see both the Claimant and Respondent work through this mock case within a realistic setting, and is suitable for any HR professional or manager facing HR / employment law issues which could result in litigation, anyone looking for external support with tribunal claims or anyone wanting to take steps to protect their organisation from receiving a claim in the first place.
