FREE Mock Employment Tribunal covering an unfair dismissal and disability discrimination arising from a long-term sickness absence.
EML are pleased to announce our next FREE Mock Employment Tribunal will take place on Tuesday, 14 May 2024 between 9.00am – 1.00pm at The Florrie, Liverpool. This grade II listed building has been a social, cultural, educational and charitable hub, serving the community of south Liverpool for over 130 years!
The heads of claim will be unfair dismissal and disability discrimination arising from a long-term sickness absence process that culminated in termination of employment on the grounds of incapacity.
If not managed correctly, any dismissal can give rise to a successful claim. Defending a claim brought in the Employment Tribunal can be both costly and time consuming. For many, the prospect of having to do so is also daunting, especially to those who are tasked with giving witness evidence.
