The COVID-19 landscape has presented new challenges for employers with the increase in digital communication and home working. But how do you keep your employees safe from bullying, harassment and discrimination?

Following on from our successful ‘Dignity at Work’ campaign, we will be hosting a FREE virtual event on Wednesday 8th July between 2:00-3:30pm.

Dignity at Work LIVE looks at bullying, harassment and discrimination at work and covers:

    • how to deal with it
    • how to prevent it
    • understanding the relevant legislation

This online forum will provide a panel of experts who will discuss their experiences and offer case study examples. There will also be an opportunity for participants to submit questions to the panel and we will try to answer as many as we can during the event.

The panel will include Claire-Marie Boggiano (Change & Development Consultant) Lurig Ltd as our Guest Speaker and Cheryl Moolenschot (Litigation Consultant) and Daniel Hart (HR Consultant) from Employee Management Ltd. The event will be hosted by Kathryn Bistacchi (Director) Definition Consulting Ltd.
