Are you a small business owner embarking on your first steps to becoming an employer, a manager or entry level/admin HR personnel?
If so our Basic HR Essentials course is just for you!
This course is a practical view of the essential elements associated with the employer/ employee relationship. Topics covered include: recruitment; contracts of employment; absence management; discipline and grievance; equality and diversity. There will also be an opportunity for delegates to discuss real life issues.
The course will be delivered by zoom over 2 days, across 4 sessions on 24 & 25 May 2021, between 9.30am – 11.00am and 12.00pm – 1.30pm.
