Are you are a small business owner embarking on your first steps to becoming an employer? Do you have responsibility for employment issues in your organisation, but no HR qualification or as much experience as you’d like?

If so, our online HR Essentials course is for you!

This course is a practical view of the essential elements associated with the employer/employee relationship from recruitment through to termination. Other topics covered include contracts of employment, holidays and different types of leave, discipline & grievance, equality & diversity and absence management. There will also be an opportunity for delegates to discuss real life scenarios.

The course will be delivered by zoom over 2 days, across 4 sessions on 29 & 30 November 2021, between 9.30am – 11.00am and 12.00pm – 1.30pm.
