Pre-Paid Block

Blocks of consultancy hours are available for advance purchase during which EML will deliver the requested services or support at an agreed discounted fee. No additional introductory fee is charged once a candidate is appointed. In addition, the hours purchased can be used against any of our other consultancy services. This option can provide savings of up to 50% compared to the more traditional recruitment agency fee structure.

Agreed Fee

Where we conduct recruitment assignments for different vacancies for the same employer. An identical agreed fixed fee is charged for each vacancy assigned over a set period, irrespective of the positions to be filled.

Recruitment Campaigns

We save time and resources by assisting with recruitment campaigns at times of overload. We provide clients with on-site support focussed on sourcing and interviewing suitable candidates for multiple placements.
