Review of Letters, emails and Forms Prepared by Client
Tribunal decisions are often based on the way that an employer has tackled an employment issue, rather than on the action that has actually been taken. Inadequate or incorrect documentation, even when written with the very best intention, can frequently have the effect of turning an otherwise fair dismissal into one that is unfair.
Under our Gold Retainer service, we will review all emails, letters and forms produced by the client prior to issue, so as to help minimise exposure to potentially costly tribunal claims.
Annual Documentation Audit
We will conduct an annual review of the client's documentation as provided by EML under this service so as to take account of changes to client working practices, new and emerging employment legislation together with developments in current case law.
